[Abstract]Objective：To explore the expression and significance of peripheral blood follicular Thelper cells （Tfh）andregulatory Tcells （Treg）cels in immune thrombocytopenia （ITP）patients.Method：The clinical dataof 80 patients with ITPadmited to Shangrao People's Hospital from October 2O22 to August 2O24 were retrospectively *基金项目：江西省卫生健康委科技计划项目（202312291）

analyzed.The patients who were diagnosedfor the first time were divided into the newly diagnosed group（64 cases）， and those who relapsed were divided intothe relapsed group （16 cases）.The healthy people inthe hospital during the same period were selected as the control group （3O cases）.Allpatients were treated with Dexamethasone，combined withimmunoglobulinaccording tothepatient'scondition.Theclinicaleficacy，Treg，TfhlevelsandTfh/Tregratioof patients inthe newly diagnosed group and the relapse group werecompared，and the Treg，Tfh levels and Tfh/Treg ratio of patients with total efective treatmentand healthypeople were compared.Result： There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the newly diagnosed group and the relapse group （ P> 0.05）. There were no significant diferences in Treg，Tfhand Tfh/Treg ratio between thenewlydiagnosed groupand therelapsed group 0 P2 0.05）.Among the 8O ITP patients，57 cases were treated effctively as the effective treatment group，and there were no statistical significances in Treg，Tfhlevelsand Tfh/Treg ratio between theefective treatment groupand the control group （ P >0.05）.Conclusion：After effective treatment，the peripheral blood Tfh level，Tfh/Treg ratio and Treg level of the patients are similar to those of healthy people.In clinical practice，continuous monitoring of Treg， Tfh level and Tfh/Treg ratio can be used to adjust the treatment plan to achieve the ideal treatment effect.
