[Abstract]Objective： To explore the application effect of psychological nursing based on narrative therapy combined with house-tree-person psychological painting therapy in schizophrenia.thod：A total of 8O eligible patientswith schizophrenia whoadmitted to ntal Health Centerfrom January 2O22 to February 2024 were selected，they wererandomly divided into two groups，4O patients were treated with routine nursing as the control group，and 40 patients were treated with psychological nursing based on narrative therapy combined with house-tree-person psychological painting therapy as the observation group.The social functioning，coping style， psychological state and symptoms of two groups were assessed.Result：After intervention，the social function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group，the coping style scores were beter than those of the control group，the psychological state and symptom scores were lower than those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）.Conclusion： Psychological nursing based on narrative therapy combined with house-tree-person psychological painting therapy for patients with schizophrenia can effectively regulate the negative psychology，improve symptoms，adjust coping style，and improve social function.
