[Abstract]Objective： To explore the clinical efectof transnasal intestinal obstruction catheter combined with Dahuang enema and abdominal acupoint massage in the treatment of acute intestinal obstruction （AIO）. Method：Atotalof 84 patients with AIO admitted toPeople's HospitalofGanzhou City from June2O22 to August 2024 were randomly divided into two groups，with 42 cases in each group. Both groups were given basic treatment， andthe intestinal obstruction catheter was transnasal placed under the direct vision of painless gastroscopy into the intestinalcavity.Thecontrol groupwas treatedwith vegetableoilinjectedthroughthe injectionendoftheintestinal obstruction catheter，and negative pressre suction was started after clamping the tube for 2 hours.The observation group was treated with Dahuang enema and abdominal acupoint massge on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy，symptom improvementscore，symptomrelief time，tuberemoval time，and serological indicators were compared between the two groups.Result： The total efective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （ P <0.05）.Excluding the ineffective patients who were converted to surgery，the relief time of each symptom and the extubation time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）.After 7 days of treatment， the symptom improvement score，WBC， neutrophil percentage （NEU），and CRP levels in the observationgroup were lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）.Conclusion： Transnasal intestinal obstruction catheter combined with Dahuang enema andabdominal acupoint massage has good effcts in the treatmentof AIO，which is conducive to improving clinical symptoms，shortening symptomrelief time and tube removal time，and reducing inflammatory response in the body.
