[Abstract]Objective： To investigate the clinical eficacy of high-frequency ultrasound-guided local block therapy n patients with rheumatoid arthritis （RA）synovial pannus.Method： A total of 1OO patients with RA synovial panus admited to the Third People's Hospital of Jingdezhen fromJanuary 2O23 to October2O24 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method， with 5O cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional local block therapy，whiletheobservation group wastreated withhigh-frequencyultrasoundguided local block therapy.One weekafter the treatment，theclinical eficacy，improvementof clinical symptoms， 28-joint disease activity score （DAS28），and levels of inflammatory factors [erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR）， RF， CRP] between the two groups were compared.Result： The total clinical efective rate in the observation group wassignificantlyhigher compared to the control group（ P <0.05）.After treatment， the synovial membrane thickness of the joints inboth groups werelowerthanthose beforetreatment，thenumberof joint swelingsand jointtenderness were less than those before treatment，andthe morning stiffnessduration were shorter than thosebefore treatment， moreover， those in the observation group were superior to the control group （ P <0.05）. TheDAS28 and levels of serum ESR，RF and CRP inboth groups decreased compared with those before treatment，and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. Conclusion： High-frequency ultrasound-guided local block therapycan improve the clinical symptoms of RA patients with synovial pannus，increase joint range of motion， reduce inflammatory factor levels，and improve clinical efficacy.

类风湿关节炎（RA）属于自身免疫性疾病，主要表现为关节的炎症反应，病情逐步进展后，最终会导致组织破坏及功能障碍，滑膜炎则是其发病的重要病理基础，临床症状表现为关节肿痛、对称性多关节炎等，严重者可致关节畸形、丧失劳动力[-2]。（剩余5239字）
