[Abstract]Objective：To explore the efects of stratifiedfine nursing on disease perception and qualityof life of patients withhemodialysis （HD）.Method：A total of 8O patientswithHDadmited to Shangrao People's Hospital from January 2O23 to October 2O24 were selected forthe study.The patients were divided into the conventional group and the stratified group bythe random numbertable method， with 40 cases in each group.Theconventional group received routine nursing intervention，and the stratified group received stratified fine nursing intervention on the basis ofthe conventional group.The disease perception，symptom burden，quality of lifeand nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result： After the intervention，the scores of brief illness perception questionnaire and symptom monitoring on renal replacement therapy-hemodialysis in both groups decreased，the scoresof kidneydiseasequalityof ife-shortform increased，and thescoresof brief illness perceptionquestionnaire and symptom monitoring on renal replacement therapy-hemodialysis inthe stratified group were lower thanthose inthe conventional group，andthescores of kidney diseasequalityof life-shortform were higherthanthose inthe conventional group（ P <0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of the stratified group （97.50% ）washigher than thatof the conventional group （80.00% ） （P<0.05） .Conclusion：Stratified fine nursing forpatientswith HD can effectively improve disease perception，alleviate symptom burden，and enhance the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
