[Abstract]Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect ultra-early endoscopic hemostasis combined with Somatostatin in acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Method： A retrospective analysis was conducted on 104 patients diagnosed with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to the First People's Hospital Jingdezhen from May 2O21 toOctober2O24.Thepatients were divided into thecontrol groupand theexperimental group，each consisting 52 individuals.The control groupreceived only Somatostatin therapy，while the experimental group was treated with ultra-early endoscopic hemostasis on the basis the control group.The clinical effcacy， gastrointestinal function，blood indicators and rebleeding conditions the two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group （ P <0.05）.After treatment，the hemoglobin and platelet counts in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group，while the gastrointestinal dysfunction score and rebleeding rate were lower than those in thecontrol group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05） .Conclusion：The combination ultra-early endoscopic hemostasis and Somatostatin significantly enhances therapeutic eficacy in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.This approach not only improves gastrointestinal function but also increases hemoglobin and platelet levels，while effectively reducing the incidence rebleeding.
