[Abstract] Objective： To analyze the re-inspection compliance of ELISA test in Ganzhou blood station bloodscreening laboratoryand explorethe strategies foroptimizing the stabilityofELISAdetection inthelaboratory， so as to provide a basis for improving the quality of laboratory blood test.Method： The samples of 251，721 unpaid blood donors from Central Blood Station，Ganzhou City from January 2O21 to December 2O23 were tested by ELISA，the number of re-inspection specimens and the number of re-inspection reactivity specimens were collcted，andthere-inspectioncompliancerateofdifferent testitems，reagents from diferent manufacturers，the reactivity of single reagents and the specimens in the gray zone were compared and analyzed. Result： The reinspection rates and re-inspection compliance rates of HBsAg，anti-HCV，anti-treponemal pallidum （anti-TP） and anti-HIV were compared， the differences were statistically significant （ P <0.001）. There was no significant difference in re-inspection compliance rate among different manufacturers（ P >0.05）.Therewasastatistically significant difference in re-inspection compliance rate between the reactivityof single reagents and gray zone specimens （ P <0.001）.Conclusion： The retest coincidence rate of ELISA can effctively monitor the stability of thelaboratorydetectionsystem.Ifabnormalfluctuationsoccur，thedetectionmethod，reagentselection，instrument stability and other aspects should be improved，and a reasonable retest retest retest critical value should be set， which can reduce theoccurrence of false reactivity，improve the detectionaccuracy，and avoid blood wasteand blood donor loss.
