基于脏腑辨证理论探讨糖尿病视网膜病变的治疗

[Abstract] The syndrome diferentiation of Zang-Fu organs is a commonly used and important syndrome diffrentiation method in traditional Chinese medicine.From the perspectiveof traditional Chinese medicine，the relationship between theeyesand the Zang-Fuorgans includes two aspects：on theone hand，interms of the whole body，"the essence Qi of the five Zang organs and six Fu organs allflow upwardsand are injected into the eyes toformthe essenceofthe eyes";ontheotherhand，therelationship betweenthe eyes and the Zang-Fuorgans is understood through the theory ofthefive whels.The symptoms of diseases are summarizedand analyzedaccording to the physiologicalfunctions and pathological changesof the Zang-Fuorgans，soas to infer thelocation，natureof thediseases，as well as the situation of the struggle between the healthy Qi and pathogenic factors.The syndrome diferentiation of Zang-Fuorgans mainly includes the syndrome diferentiation of the five Zang organs and six Fu organs.In traditional Chinese medicine，diabetes belongs to thecategoryof "Xiaoke".It involves multiple Zang-Fu organs such as the heart and lungs，the spleen and stomach，the liver and gallbladder，and the kidney，bladder and tripleenergizer.Diabetic retinopathy（DR） isacomplicationofdiabetes，andtheoccurrnce anddevelopmentof this disease are also regulatedby the functions of multiple Zang-Fu organs.The syndrome diffrentiation and treatment of the Zang-Fu organs are cariedoutbyexploring theetiology and pathogenesisofDR and studying the dierent onset parts of DR.
