小青龙汤加减治疗痰浊壅肺证AECOPD的临床观察

[Abstract]Objective: To study the efects of modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction on TCM syndromes scores, blood gas analysis and infection indexes of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD)with syndrome of phlegm-turbid accumulation in the lung.Method: A total of 7O patients diagnosed with AECOPD and traditional Chinese medicine dialectizedas phlegm-turbid accumulation in the lung who were  hospitalized in the ThirdAfiliated People's Hospital of Fujian Universityof Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2O19 to May 2O21 were selected.The 7O patients were divided into two groups by the random number table method. The control group ( n= 35) received standardized basic western medicine treatment, the observation group (n=35)was given integrated traditional Chineseand Western medicine treatmentofstandardized basic western medicine treatment combined with modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction.The TCM syndrome scores,blood gas analysis indicators and inflammatory indicators of the two groups werecompared.Result: Compared with before treatment, the scores of expectoration,chesttightness,cough,and wheezing inboth groups were significantlyimprovedafter 7days of treatment,and the improvement of the observation group were significantly beterthan those in the control group ( P <0.05).After 7 days of treatment,PaCO and Pa02 in both groups improved significantly compared with

those before treatment,and the above two indexes inthe observation group were beter than those in the control group 0 P <0.05).After7days of treatment,procalcitonin (PCT)and CRP in both groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: The modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction has adefinite efect in the treatmentof AECOPD with syndrome of phlegm-turbid accumulation inthe lung.Itcan effectivelyreduce the inflammatory response,improve clinical symptoms and blood gasanalysis indexes.
