伏诺拉生联合四联疗法在Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者中的应用研究

[Abstract]Objective： To explore the application efect of Fumarate combined with quadruple therapy in patients with Helicobacterpylori （Hp） positive chronic gastritis （CG）.Method：A total of 98 patients with Hp positive CG admitted to Afliated Hospital ofPutian University from April to October2O24 were selectedand divided into two groups using the random number table method，with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy， while the treatment group was treated with Fumarate combined with quadruple therapy. The therapeutic effects，Hpconversionrate，pepsinogen levels，inflammatory indicators，gastrointestinalhormone indicators，and adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Result： The total effective rate （95.92 % ） and Hp conversion rate （91.84 % ） of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group （81.63 % ， 75.51% ） （ P <0.05）.The levels of pepsinogen I （PGI），motilin （MTL），calcitonin gene-related peptide （CGRP） and IL-4 in the treatment group were higher than those in thecontrol group after2 weeksof treatment，while thelevels of pepsinogen II （PGII）， gastrin （GAS）， hs-CRP，IL-6 and TNF- α were lower than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group P>0.05 ）.Conclusion： The treatment of Hp positive CG patients with Fumarate combined with quadruple therapy has a better effect， which can improve the Hp conversion rate，regulate the levels of pepsinogen， reduce inflammatory indicators，regulate gastrointestinal hormones，and has good safety.

慢性胃炎（CG）作为临床常见的慢性消化道疾病，其主要因幽门螺杆菌（ Hp ）感染引起，病原菌侵袭、定植在胃黏膜，会激发自然免疫反应，促进胃酸分泌，损伤胃黏膜屏障，导致胃黏膜发红、肿胀，腺体萎缩，严重者会发展为上皮内瘤变，增加胃癌发生风险[]。（剩余5838字）
