[Abstract]Objective： To compare the effects of diffrent treatment regimens in children with abdominal allergic purpura complicated with Helicobacter pylori （Hp） infection.Method： FromJanuary 2O21 to June 2024， 103 children with Hp-positive abdominal allergic purpura who hospitalized in the Department of Pediatrics of Xinyu People's Hospital were selected，according to the treatment plan，they were divided into routine group （51 cases）and treatment group （52 cases）.The routine group was given routine treatment， including anti-allergy， anticoagulation，etc.; the treatment group was treated withanti-Hpinfectiononthebasisof theroutine group.The clinical eficacy，symptom duration，intestinalfloraand intestinal barierfunction were compared between two groups.

Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.15% （50/52）， which was higher than 80.39 % （41/51） of the routine group （P<0.05） . The duration of diarrhea，rash and hematochezia in the treatment group were shorter than those in the routine group （P<0.05） .Before treatment，thelevelsof Lactobacillus，Bifidobacterium，Enterococcus faecalis， endotoxin and diamine oxidase in two groups were comparable （ P>0.05Ω ;after treatment， the levels of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium inthe treatment group were higher than those in the routine group，and the levels of Enterococcus faecalis，endotoxin and diamine oxidase were lower than those in the routine group （ P <0.05）. Conclusion： The addition of anti-Hp infection treatment on thebasis of routine treatmentcan improve theclinical efct，shortenthedurationofsymptoms，andimprovetheintestinalfloraand intestinalbarierfunctioninchildren withabdominal allergic purpura complicated withHp infection.
