穴位贴敷、宽胸理肺汤合三子养亲汤对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者肺功能和血清炎症因子的影响

[Abstract]Objective： To evaluate the eficacy of Kuanxiong Lifei Decoction and Sanzi Yangqin Decoction combined with acupoint application in improving pulmonary function and serum inflammatory markers among elderly patients experiencing acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （AECOPD）. Method：According to the random number table，75 elderly patients with AECOPD admitted to Fuzhou Jin'an District Maternal and Child Health Hospitalfrom March 2O23 to April 2O24 were divided into control group （n=37， routine treatment） and observation group （n=38 ，on the basis of the control group，acupoint application， Kuanxiong Lifei Decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin Decoction were given）. The pulmonary function （FEV1， FVC and FEV1/FVC）， serum inflammatory factors （hs-CRP， IL-6 and TNF- ∝ ），total effective rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result：Prior to treatment，the two groups demonstrated comparable levelsfor all measured parameters，including FEV1 ，hs-CRP，FEV/FVC，TNF- ∝ ，IL-6，andFVC（ P> 0.05）. After 2 weeks of treatment，the observation group achieved a significantly higher total effective rate rate （94.74% （20 Vs 78.38% ）， pulmonary function indicators showed significantly higher in the observation group compared to the control group，levels of inflammatory factors weresignificantlylower in theobservation group than inthe control group，the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the observation group （ 2.63% vs 16.22% ） （ P- <0.05）.Conclusion： Acupoint application，Kuanxiong Lifei Decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin Decoction can improve the level of pulmonaryfunction in elderly patients with AECOPD，and enhance the therapeutic efficacy while decreasing the inflammatory response，with a high degree of safety.
