[Abstract]Objective：To analyze the application efectof linkage synergistic intervention combined with functional stimulation in patients undergoing radical hysterectomyforcervicalcancer.Method：A totalof 90 patients withcervicalcancerwhoadmittedtotheFirstAffiliated HospitalofBengbu Medical Universityfrom March2023 to March 2O24 were selected forthe studyand divided into two groupsaccording to therandom number table method， with 45 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing，whilethe study group received linkage synergistic intervention combined with functional stimulation regimen on the basis of conventional nursing.The self-efficacy，urinarydynamic indicators，bladder function，and therehabilitation efficacyof the two groups were compared.Result：Afterintervention，the scores of self-decision making，self-stress reduction and positiveaitude of the study group were higher than those of the control group （ P <0.05）. The maximum flow rate （MFR），average flow rate （AFR）and maximal bladdercapacity （MBC） in thestudy groupafter intervention were greater than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. Compared with the control group，the retention time of urinary tube in the study group was shorter，the residual urine volume after operation was less，and the incidence of urinary retention was lower（ P <0.05）. Compared with the control group，the incidence of bladder dysfunction after operation in the study group was lower， the hospital stay was shorter，anal exhaust time and anal defecation time after operation were earlier （ P <0.05）. Conclusion： Linkage synergistic intervention combined with functional stimulation has a goodapplication effect in patients undergoing radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer.The scheme can improve the rehabilitation efficacy andself-eficacy of patients，atthe same time，itcan significantly improve the bladder functionand urodynamic indicators of patients.
