生物补片与合成补片在腹股沟疝手术中的应用效果对比

[Abstract] Objective:To investigate the application effects of biological patch and synthetic patch in inguinal hernia surgery.Method:Atotalof7O patients with inguinalherniawhoreceived treatmentin the Third People'sHospitalof Pingxiang Cityfrom July2O18 to September 2O23 were included as studysubjects.The patients were divided into the control group (n=35)and the study group (n=35),and the grouping methodadopted was the random number table method.Allpatients underwent laparoscopic tension-free hernia repair,and the synthetic patch was applied to the control group and biological patch was applied to the observation group.The surgical conditions,pain conditions,inflammatory reaction,and the occurrence of complications of the two groups were compared. Result: The hospital stay of the study group was shorter than that of the control group ( P <0.05). There were no statistically significant diferences in intraoperative blood loss and operation time between the two groups P>0.05 ).At 24 and 48 hours after the surgery,theVAS scores of both groups gradually decreased compared with those before the surgery,and those of the study group were lower than those of the control group ( P <0.05). At 3 days afterthe surgery,the WBCandCRPlevelsinboth groups were higher thanthose beforethesurgery,butthose inthe study group were lower than those in the control group ( P<0.05) . The incidence of complications in the study group (5.71% )was lower than that in the control group (25.71% (P<0.05) .Conclusion: The application of biological patch in patientsundergoing inguinal hernia surgerycan shorten the hospital stay,relieve pain,reduce inflammation reaction,and has good safety.

腹股沟疝通过腹股沟区域腹壁薄弱点突出而形成包块,通常发生在腹壁的腹股沟管区域,该区域男性因精索穿过相对薄弱,女性因子宫圆韧带在该区域的结构更为坚固,因此,男性为腹股沟疝的好发人群[]。(剩余5459字)
