[Abstract] Objective: To study the correlation between coagulation-fibrinolysis markers, inflammatory indicators and cognitive impairment in hemodialysis.Method:Thedataof98 patients who underwent maintenance hemodialysis in Yichun People's Hospitalfrom June2O22 toJune 2024 werecolected.Accordingto the scoresof the mini-mental state examination (MMSE),the patients were divided into the cognitive impairment group ( n =39)and the cognitive normal group (n=59 ).The relationship between the levels of coagulation-fibrinolysis markers (FIB,PT,D-D) and inflammatory factors (TNF- ∝ IL-1β , IL-6) and cognitive function were analyzed. The predictive ability of these biomarkers forcognitive impairment was evaluated byusing the ROC curve.Result: The levels of FIB,PT, D-D, TNF- α,⌊⌊-1⌋β and IL-6 in the cognitive impairment group were all higher than those in the cognitive normal group ( P <0.05).Pearson correlation coefficient analysis showed that the MMSE score was negatively correlated with FIB, PT, D-D, TNF- α ,IL- 1β ,and IL-6 ( P<0.05 . The ROC curve showed that FIB,PT, D-D, TNF- ∝ , IL-1 β ,and IL-6 had good value in predicting cognitive dysfunction (P<0.05 ).Conclusion: Coagulationfibrinolysis markers and inflammatory indicators have significant correlations with cognitive impairment in hemodialysis and have good predictive value.
