GMs结合头颅B超对新生儿脑功能评估的效果分析

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of combining general movements (GMs) assessment with cranial ultrasound in evaluating neonatal brain function.Method: During the study period from September 2023 toApril2O24,104 neonateswere enrolledat Hospital.Allneonates underwent cranial ultrasound within the first month of life GMs assessment at ages of 1 3 months. Clinical diagnoses were used to evaluate brain developmental outcomes at age of6months.The effectiveness of GMs combined with cranial ultrasound in assessing neonatal brain function was analyzed.Result:Among the 104 participants,81 cases (77.88 % )were developmentally normal,while 20 cases (19.23 % )were diagnosed with developmental delay 3 cases (2.88 % ) with cerebral palsy.The GMs assessment results showed that the normal rate was 64.42% in the twisting movement stage 71.15 % in the restless movement stage. Some children patients presented with abnormal postures or limited motorquality.Cranial ultrasound revealed no significantabnormalities in77.88%of the neonates.Thecombinationof bothassessmentsdemonstratedahighpredictive value forneonatal brain development outcomes (AUC of O.971,sensitivity of 95.7% , specificity of 100% ). Conclusion:The integrationofGMsassessment with cranial ultrasound efectivelyevaluates neonatal brain function hasa high predictivevalue,accurately identifyingrisksfordevelopmental normalcy,developmentaldelay,cerebralpalsy.
