肺部超声在围手术期肺不张中的应用

[Abstract]In recent years，perioperative visualization technology has been increasingly applied to individualizedanesthesia management，whichcan improve thesurgical conditionsand prognosisof patientsandhas become an important partof precise anesthesia.Pulmonary atelectasis often occurs during the perioperative period， which can lead to reduced lung compliance，increased dead cavities，hypoxiaand hypercapnia，and mayprolong the hospital stayandevencausedeath.ComparedwithCT，lung ultrasoundisaneasy-tooperate，economical，eficient， non-invasive and radiation-free technique.It has been proven tobe applicable for the diferentiation and diagnosis of various perioperative lung injuries and has its own unique advantages.This article aims toreview the application and prospects of lung ultrasound in perioperative pulmonary atelectasis，providing a reference for its clinical application.
