尼麦角林联合高频重复经颅磁刺激对脑卒中后吞咽功能的影响

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of Nicergoline combined with high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on swallowing function after stroke.Method：A retrospective analysis was conducted on 102 stroke patients who were admited to Jiujiang NO.1 from December 2022 to December 2O24.These patients were divided into two groups： 51 patients in thecontrol group and 51 patients in the observation group，basedonthe different treatment regimens.The control group received Nicergoline treatment， while the observation group received Nicergoline with HF-rTMS.The clinical efcacy，swallowing function， swallwing timeand incidenceof adverse reactionsof the two groups were compared，thefunctional oralintake scale （FOIS），Water drinking test and repeated saliva swallowing test （RSST） were measured.Result： After the treatment， the therapeutic efect，FOISand RSSToftheobservation group were higher than those of thecontrol group，the score of the waterdrinking test waslower than the control group，the swallowing time wasshorterthan thatof the control group （ P <0.05）.Conclusion： Nicergoline combined with HF-rTMS effectively promotes the clinical efficacy of dysphagia， improves swallowing function and shortens swallowing time in stroke patients.
