PRP联合中药塌渍对膝关节骨关节炎患者膝关节功能及生物力学状态的影响

[Abstract]Objective: To investigate the effects of platelet rich plasma (PRP)combined with TCM Tazi on knee joint functionand biomechanical stateof patients with knee osteoarthritis.Method:Atotal of1OO patients with kneeosteoarthritisadmited to Linxia Prefecture Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2022 to January 2O24 were divided into two groupsby the random number table method.The control group (n=50)was treated with PRP,and the observation group ( n =50) was treated with TCM Tazi on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, gait parameters (step speed, step length and double support phase), knee joint function [Japanese knee osteoarthritis measure (JKOM)and biomechanical state (knee and hip joint adduction torque)before and after treatment of two groups were compared. Result: The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00% , which was significantly higher than 78.00% of the control group ( P <0.05). Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in gait parameters, JKOM scores and biomechanical state ( P >0.05).After 1 and 3 weeks of treatment,the step speed of the observation group were faster than thoseof the control group,the step length were longerthan thoseofthecontrol group,thehip joint adduction torque were significantly higherthanthose ofthecontrol group,and thedouble support phase,JKOM scores and knee joint adduction torque weresignificantlylower than those of the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion: The application effect of PRP combined with TCM Tazi in patients with kneeosteoarthritisisgood,whichcansignificantlyimprovethekneejointfunctionandbiomechanicalstateofpatients.
