曼陀罗绘画疗法对癌症患者家庭照顾者益处发现的效果研究

[Abstract]Objective：To study the effect of Mandala painting therapy intervention on the benefit finding incancer patient familycaregivers.Method：A total of 76 family caregivers ofcancer patient who were treated in Jiangxi Cancer Hospital formApril to September 2O21 were selectedas the control group.A total of 76 family caregivers of cancer patient who were treated inour hospital from October2O21 to April 2O22 were selected as the observation group.The control group received conventional health education nursing intervention，on the basis of the control group，the observation group received Mandala painting therapy intervention.The levels of benefit finding， positive feelings，care burden，and psychological state of the two groups were compared. Result： After intervention， the revised Chinese versionof benefit finding scale （BFS-RC） scores and positive aspects of caregiver （PAC） scores of both groups were higher than those before intervention，the Zarit burden interview （ZBI） scores were lower than those before intervention，andtheBFSand PAC scores of theobservation group were higherthan those of thecontrol group，the ZBI scores of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （ P <0.05）.After intervention， the patient health questionnaire-9 （PHQ-9） scores and generalized anxiety disorder-7 （FAD-7） scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention，and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion： The Mandala painting therapy intervention for cancer patient family caregivers is beneficial for improving the level of benefit finding andpositive experiences，reducinganxiety，depressionand care burden.
