利伐沙班在老年非瓣膜性心房颤动患者抗凝治疗中的效果与安全性分析

[Abstract]Objective：To analyze the efficacyand safety of Rivaroxaban in the anticoagulant treatment of elderly patients with non-valvular atrial fibrilation.Method：From December 2O22 to December 2023 as the studyperiod，fromtheelderlypatientswithnon-valvularatrialfibrilationwhoadmitedtoBeijingAnzhenHospital， Capital Medical University，8O patients who metthe study conditions were selectedasthe study subjects，and according to the random number table method，they were divided into thecontrol group （conventional Warfarin anticoagulant therapy，4O cases）and the observation group （Rivaroxaban treatment， 4O cases），the therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，thecardiac function indexes after treatment were better than those of thecontrolgroup，and the incidence of bleeding events and incidence embolism events were lower than those of the control group （ P <0.05）; there were no significant diferences in coagulation indexes between the two groups before and after treatment （P>0.05）. Conclusion： Rivaroxaban has asignificantanticoagulant efect inthe treatmentof elderly patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation，and hasagoodsafety，significantlyreducetheriskofbleedingandembolism，and helping to improve the cardiac function.
