沙参麦冬润肺加减方联合常规治疗在肺结核肺阴亏虚证中的临床效果观察

[Abstract]Objective：To explore theclinical efectof Modified Shashen Maidong Runfei Formula combined with conventional treatment of lung Yin deficiency syndrome in pulmonary tuberculosis.Method：A total of 96 patientswith pulmonarytuberculosis treated attheFifth People's Hospital of Ganzhou fromNovember 2022 to June 2O24 were selected and randomly divided into two groups，with 48 cases in each group.The control group receivedconventional treatment，while the study group received the Modified Shashen Maidong Runfei Formula in addition to conventional treatment，with both groups treated for12 weeks.Traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores，treatment effectiveness，inflammation markers （procalcitonin， IL-6， TNF- α ）， immune function，and adversereactions wereanalyzed before and after treatmentin both groups.Result：After the treatment，the scores of night sweats，expectoration，dry throat andhot flashes in both groups decreased compared with those before the intervention，and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. The total effctive rateof treatmentinthe studygroup was higherthanthatinthe controlgroup，thediferencewasstatistically significant （ P <0.05）.After treatment，the levels of serum procalcitonin， IL-6 and TNF- α in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment，and the levels in the study group were lower than those in thecontrol group （ P <0.05）. After treatment， CD 3+ ，CD 4+ ，and CD4+/CD8+ in both groups increased compared with those before treatment， while CD8 + decreased compared with those before treatment， moreover，the indexes in the study group were superior to the control group （ P <0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group （ P <0.05）.Conclusion：The Modified Shashen MaidongRunfei Formula combined with conventional treatment is efective in alleviating clinical symptoms，reducing inflammation，improving immune function，enhancing therapeutic outcomes，and reducing adverse reactions in patients with lung Yin deficiency syndrome in pulmonary tuberculosis.
