Abstract:“Tao”isthecoreofthephilosophyofLaozi，and“Comprehending Tao”isthesolewaytoconnect withthiscomplex concept.TroughtheirinterpretationsofChapter41ofLaoi，variouscommentatorshavefocusedonthestatusoftreelevelsofsolars tojudgethevalueofthtiudetowardComprehendingToesultingingificantcotradictiosandcoltsHowevrinthlog termprocessofComprehendingTao，individuals，beingcomplexandunique，encounterdiferentlossesandresponsesindiferent periods.The“threerealms”revealsthe‘mentalandphysicalchalengesandsublimationoneundergoesonthepathof Comprehending Tao.
