Abstract：KazakhstanandChina，aspermanentcomprehensive trategicpartners，haveseenswiftradegrowthwiththeBeltandRoad InitiativewithKazakstan’s“rightRodIntisontet，pecooperatioinudingjintlawforement，isicresinglyucial. Thetwocountrieshavemadestridesinigh-leveldialogues，jointcounter-terorismdrlls，jointanti-dugoperations，policetalent cultivation，andriminalextradition.Yetpracticalchallengespersist，includinginsuffcientcooperativemecanisms，legalgaps， intellgence-shaingbarrs，andgeatoweriteferenc.Accodinglytefolowingoizatiopatsareproosd：iproving policecooperatiomhnsms；（2）strengnglgalguaratesforolicecopeatio；（3）establsingeetintllgncearing mechanisms；（4） deepening political and economic cooperation between the two countries.
