A Review of the Organizational Development of the Communist Party of China in the Jiaodong Resistance Base

Abstract:InthecomplexsituationoftheWarofResistanceagainstJapaneseAgresion,toconsodateandstabilizethedemocatic regimeitheJiaodongareathePartyorganizationinteJiaodongResistanceBaseundertheleadershipoftheCentralCommieeofthe CommunistPartyofChinaandtheShandongBranch，advanceditsorganizationaldevelopment.ItvigorouslydevelopedPartymembers, consolidatedandeforedPartyorganzations，workedtoimprovePartybanchesatallevels，reamlinedorganzations，andhaced efciency，achievingfruitfulresults.ThenumberofPartymembersgrewfrom1,840inJuly1937to50,807bytheendof1941.hrough consolidation and review,the quality of Party members improved,with 65.2% being workers and farmers.The Party organization system becamemorerigorousandcomprehensive.ThistransformationinworkpracticesensuredthatPartycommiteedirectiveswerequickly communicatedtoallrancesAditionallearty’sadersipoverteilitaryassignificantlyrengtendetwoaactesti of theorganizationaldevelopmentoftheCommunistPartyofhinaintheJiaodongResistanceBaseareasfolows:Ithadadistinct fightingspirit（2）Itddnotidlyflowentraldiretiesbutisteadmadeconstantadjustmentsandprogessasedoocalalities.
