Abstract:Cultivating“dual-qualified”teachersisakeyfocusforapliedundergraduateuniversitiesandahottopicinacademic communities.Duetothespecializednatureofpublicmanagementmajors,thecultivationofpracticalabilitiesforpublicmanagement teachershasalwaysfacedpracticalchallngesinpracticaltrainingplafsandcultivationpathways.Basedotalentresoucesadtaking governmntprojectsasabidge,WCollgeactivelyatemptstoconstructa“dual-qualifiedteachers”trainingpaththrougha“govent enterpriseuniversitparteshp.uetlypublicdmiistratioeacrsceisssicluingparershibalane,digtest appeals,ndalackofshool-basedsupportinthe“govermententerpriseunversity”traiingpathTherefore,itissuggstedthat optimizationbecaridoutfrothetreestakehldersofoverentnterprses,anduniversitistoprovideaeferencefrtetraining path of“dual-qualified teachers”.
