On the Youth Spiritual Enrichment Service Provision Model with Multi-Stakeholder Participation in Yiwu City

Abstract：Yiwu，apilotcityinZhejiangProvinceforpromotingyouthspiritualenrichment，hasdevelopedaservicemodelwhich involvesmultiplestakeholdercoveringgovementdepartments，socialorganzations，andvoluntaryorganizations（ndindividuals）fter yearsofexporation.Therearetwomainwaysforstakeholdertoparticipateinpublicculturalservices：directparticipationandindirct participationDirectpartiipationisbletomakethepubliculualservicesoretargetedandfetive，utfailstometvariousseice needsduetotieandeneryonstraints，lowpublicparticipatioandlitedganatioalapacityWhileidirectpartcipatioduce thecostsforthepublictoengageandensurestheirneedsaremetonabroaderscale，itrisksdistortingorlosingthesenedsin communication，whichmaymakethepublicculturalserviceslesstargetedandfective.Theyouthspiritualenrichmentserviceprovision modelnYiwuCityisacominatioofdirectandindirectpartipationundertheleadershipofoveent：theparticipatioodelf publicculturalsitutionsinyouthpubliculturalsrvices；teparticipationmodelofsocialorganzatiosinyouthpubliccultural services;（3）theparticipatiomodelofvoluntersinyouthpublicculturalservices.ThesemodelsaboveprovideYiwuexperienceforthe construction of spiritual enrichment in county areas across Zhejiang and even the entire nation.

公共文化服务的出发点和归宿是满足人民日益增长的文化需求，传统垄断式供给模式越来越难以适应公共文化服务体系建设的需要，探索公共文化服务的市场化和社会化道路成为呼应现实需求的逻辑原点[1-3]。（剩余5890字）
