Abstract：LangdonWinerpositsthatautonomoustechnologyisabletoself-adjustandoperatebasedonitsowlogic，independent fromhumaninteractionHexaminestheutooyoftechnologyinreeaspcts：techologicaldrift，technologicalimpraties，and technologicalversedaptatelosoftchologialotrolseialallgesuchsrosioofprvacyghts，oa ofiformedconsent，andbluredmoralresponsibilty.Therefore，acomprehensiveeticaloversightframeworkandpublic-awarene mechanismareneeded tosafeguardthepublic’srightobefullinformedandinvolvedintechnologyAtthesametime，aclearoral responsibiltyalocationandacountabilitymechanismshouldbeestablishedtoupholdsocialequityandjustice，andtoachieveutual adaptation between technological development and ethical standards.
