Abstract：Intheprocessofcontinuousreformintheeducationindustry，theparticipationofindustrialenterprisesinruning scholsisincreasingdaybydayndtheschol-running mechanismisalsodeveloinginamorediversifieddirection.Thefuture trendthatcanbeexpectedisthateducationwillinevitablycloselyfocusontheindustrialdemandastheguidingdirection，and thenimplementacomprehensivereformofthetalenttrainingmode.Atpresent，takingthemodernlogisticsmanagementmajorof Beihai VocationalCollgeasatypicalexample，ithascarriedoutin-depthanddetailedresearchonthemodeoftheintegration of industryandeducation，andiscommitedtobuildingahighlyefectivetalenttrainingmodetatrealizesthedeepintegration ofindustryandeducationandenablesthecooperationbetweenscholsandenterprises.Underthecurrentactualsituation，the integrationrefomofindustryandeducationhassucesfullyenteredfromtheinitial"icebreakperiodintothemorechallenging "deepwaterperiod"，andhowtoefectivelyachievethesubstantiveanddeepintegrationofindustryandeducationinanall -roundwayhasundoubtedlybecomethekeycorepointtodeterminethesucessofthereform.Thispaper willcloselyfocuson thecomprehensive，systematicandin-depth explorationand research of the deep integration of industryand education.
