碳政策下考虑研发合作的动力电池生态设计闭环供应链决策研究

Abstract: For the closed -loop supply chain composed of power battery manufacturers and comprehensive utilizers, carbon trading policy and R & D cost sharing coefficients are introduced to construct Stackelberg game models under three modes respectively,and explore the impacts of R & D inputs, sharing ratios,and laddering utilization on equilibrium decision-making and cooperation. It is found that: (1) Cooperative R& D can reduce the level of manufacturer's carbon emissions,increase the level of full -cycle eco -design and the amount of recycling,but also increase the retail price of products. (2) The implementation of carbon policy canonly be beneficial to manufacturers' profits when the carbon quota amount, the gain from laddering utilization, and the R & D cost-sharing ratio ofcomprehensive utilizers are satisfied to be greater than certain thresholds,respectively. (3) R & D cooperation can help manufacturers increase their profits,but it isnot always beneficial to the comprehensive utilizers,and onlywhen the R & D investment is less thana certain threshold and the R& D cost-sharing ratio iswithin acertainrange can it increase theirprofits.
