Abstract：Fromtheperspectiveofcostsharing，theimpactofcentralizeddecision-making，decentralizeddeision-makingandunilateralcost-sharingcontractonsupplychaindecision-makingandbenefitsis discussed，andbilateralcost-sharingcontractsare establishedtoachieyeefectivesupplychaincordination.Theresultsshowthatundertheunilateralcost-sharingcontract，the costburdenofsupplychainmembersisreduced，thesituationofsuplychainmembersisimproved，andawin-winsiationfor manufacturersandetailersisealized，andnterprisesshouldactivelyundertakecorporatesocialresponsibility.However，uilateral cost-sharngcontractsannotefectivelypromotethefortsofretailersandmanufacturers tofulfllteirsocialresponsibilitiesand cannot achieve supply chain coordination.
