Abstract： In 2020，COVID-19 had a major impact on the world's：auto industry. The supply chain of automobile industry has different characteristics from other industries.Under the background of COVID-19， this paper analyzes the problemsof supplier management in Sino-German joint venture BV automobile company. The feedback index of supplier evaluation is emphasized to the Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） method. The aim is to readjust the supplier evaluation system of BV Company and formulate a new optimization plan for epidemic management.
