Abstract： Relying on the dry and cold conditions of the plateau， Gansu Province vigorously develops the plateau summer vegetable industry to make up for the shortage of summer and autumn vegetables in the south，and its area and outputrank first in the country. Exploring the high-quality development of cold chain logisticsis of great significance to promote the development of the plateau summer vegetable industry. On the basis of in-depth investigation and research，starting from the development background and basis of plateau summer vegetable cold chain logistics， this paper analyzes the development status and constraints of plateau summer vegetable cold chainlogistics in Gansu Province，and proposes to cultivate the leading enterprises of cold chain logistics. Accelerate the digital development of cold chain logistics;improve the standard system and supervision system of cold chain logistics of plateau summer vegetables;improve the cold chain talent education system and other aspects to promote the high-quality development of plateau summer vegetable cold chain logistics.
