Abstract：Withthecontiuousimprovementof people'slivingstandards，people'sdemandforfreshagriculturalproductscontiues toincrease.However，thefrequentoutbreakoffoodqualityandsafetyproblemsinrecentyearshascausedconsumersconcerns. Howtoimprovethedistributionefciencyofagriculturalcoldchainlogisticsandnsurethefreshness，qualityandsafetyofagricultural productshasbecomeafocusofcurrentlogistsresearchInthispaper，theInteetofThingstechnologyisappliedto thecoldchainlogisticsofagriculturalproducts，andthecoldchainlogisticssystemofagriculturalproductsisbuilt.Itmainlyincludesagriculturalproductscoldchainlogisticssupervisionsystem，agricultural productscoldchainlogisticstraceabiltsystemagriculturalproductscoldchainlogisticsdistributionsystem.Finalltereal-timesupervisionofthholeprocessofagricultural productscoldchainlogisticsisrealized，theinformationcommunicationofvariouslinksofagriculturalproductscoldchainlogistics is strengthened， and the rapid and eficient distribution of agricultural products is ensured.
