三方协同视角下退役动力电池回收激励机制研究

Abstract: With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle (NEV) industry, China faces the challenge of large-scale retirement of power batteries. If the waste power batteries are not effectively recycled, it could lead to environmental risks such as heavy metal leakage and soil contamination,as well assignificant waste of strategic resources.However, the current battery recycling system suffers from low recycling efficiency andinsuficient involvement from formal channels,makingit imperative to solve these issues through a collaborative multi -stakeholder mechanism. From the perspective of reverse logisticsnetwork collaboration, this paper introduces an incentive mechanism,treating thegovernment,recyclers,and consumers as key players in the game. An evolutionary game model is constructed to analyze the impact of incentive mechanismson recycling behaviors. The findings suggest that: The government can effectively motivate recyclers and consumers to engage in green recycling through fiscal subsidies and economic incentives;simultaneously,implementingadministrative penaltiescan effectively curb the expansion of informal channels;recyclers can reduce processing costs through technological upgrades and gain long-term benefits by leveraging brand value; consumers environmental awareness and the convenience of recycling directly influence their willingness to participate.
