Abstract:Theriskassessmentsystemforcoldchainlogisticsoffreshproductshascomplexcharacteristics,coveringnumerous coldchailogisticsoperationlinksandprocees.Sevenevaluationindicators,includingprocessingrisk,packagingriskivetoy risk,andtrasporationsk,ansientificallandcomprehesivelyreflctteiskfactorstatleadtoalloperaionlnsfcold chainlogitcsoffreshproducts,andcanefectivelyevaluatetherisksofcoldchainlogisticsoffreshproducts.Thisarticleuses factoranalysistoquantifytheriskevaluationindexsystemofcoldchainlogisticsforfreshproducts.Throughaquestionairesur vey,theriskmeasurementfactorsofeachlinkinthecoldchainlogisticsoffreshproductsareselectedByvisitingandresearch ingsomefreshfoodcoldchainlogisticsindustryenterprises,relevant governmentleaders,industryexperts,companygeneralan agers,coldchainlogisticsdepartmentmanagers,andfrontlineoperatorswereinvitedtoevaluateandscoretheriskfactorsand degre.Then,thelikertfivelevelscalewasusedtomeasuretheriskfactors.Eachfactorcorrespondstothreeormorerisk factors,indicatingtheefectivenessofhesurvey.Thecontentofthesurveycancomprehensivelyreflettheriskfactorsofvarious linksin the cold chain logistics of fresh products.
