Abstract：Theriskassessmentsystemforcoldchainlogisticsoffreshproductshascomplexcharacteristics，coveringnumerous coldchailogisticsoperationlinksandprocees.Sevenevaluationindicators，includingprocessingrisk，packagingriskivetoy risk，andtrasporationsk，ansientificallandcomprehesivelyreflctteiskfactorstatleadtoalloperaionlnsfcold chainlogitcsoffreshproducts，andcanefectivelyevaluatetherisksofcoldchainlogisticsoffreshproducts.Thisarticleuses factoranalysistoquantifytheriskevaluationindexsystemofcoldchainlogisticsforfreshproducts.Throughaquestionairesur vey，theriskmeasurementfactorsofeachlinkinthecoldchainlogisticsoffreshproductsareselectedByvisitingandresearch ingsomefreshfoodcoldchainlogisticsindustryenterprises，relevant governmentleaders，industryexperts，companygeneralan agers，coldchainlogisticsdepartmentmanagers，andfrontlineoperatorswereinvitedtoevaluateandscoretheriskfactorsand degre.Then，thelikertfivelevelscalewasusedtomeasuretheriskfactors.Eachfactorcorrespondstothreeormorerisk factors，indicatingtheefectivenessofhesurvey.Thecontentofthesurveycancomprehensivelyreflettheriskfactorsofvarious linksin the cold chain logistics of fresh products.
