Abstract：Thispaperaims todeeplyanalyzethecoreenablingmechanismofnewqualityproductivityinthelogisticstalentinovationandentrepreneurshiptrainingsystem.Fromthemult-dimensionalperspectiveofteleadingnatureofsientifcandtecho logicalinovationtheivignatureofindustrialinnovation，thesubjeivityoftalentiovationandealocationoffactorre sources，thispapersystematicallexplainsitsinteallogicandrealizationstrategypath.Theresearchresultsshowthatthenew qualityproductivityenablinglogisticsindustrytalentinnovationtrainingsystemcancomprehensivelyprovideasolidtheoretical foundatioandpracticalsolutions.Inordertopromotetheprofessonalandinnovativedevelopmentoflogisticseducationandper sonneltraining，soastopromotethetransformationandupgradingof modernlogistcsindustrytothedirectionofhighquality and innovation.
