广西“人工智能+港航”发展的创新路径与特色实践探讨

Abstract：WiththeacelerateddigitaltransformationoftheglobalwatertransportationindustryGuangxi，leveragingitsregional advantagesandpolicyopportunities，hasactivelypromotedtheconstructionofan"ArtificialIntellgence+PortandShipping"system withartificialinteligencetechnologastheoredrivingforce.AgainstthebackdrooftheBeltandRoadInitiativeandthentry intoforceoftheRegionalComprehensiveEconomicParteship（RCEP），thispaperanalyzesthecurrntdevelopmentstatus，existing chalenges，andstrategicpostioningofGuangxissmartportandshipping.Itproposestheestablishmentofa"trinitysyste"anda "four-in-neodinateddevelopentpath，fusingofoureydires：Digialifrastructure，sartoeratioalservioab rativeindustrialcosystems，andmoderizedgovemancecapabilities.LandmarkprojetssuchasthePingluCanalSmartProjec，te Beibu Gulf PortigitalTwinSystemandgreeninteligentshippingaredesigned.Aditionally，supportingmeasuresareputforwad intermsofgulatorymprovement，fiancialsupporandinteatioalcoprationingtoprovideeoreticalfercnd practicalparadigmsforteeepintegrationofartfiialintellgence technologyinrgionalsmartpotandshippingconstruction
