Abstract： The fresh agricultural product information traceabilitysystem is a specialized platform for tracking and tracing the information of fresh agricultural products fromproduction， circulation to use throughout the entire process.It is an important means to achieve "traceable destination" and "traceable source" of fresh agricultural products. The supporting technology of the platform is the core to ensure the credible， efficient and safe traceability ofinformation.Theadvantages of blockchain technology are also the technical advantages of the fresh agricultural product information traceability system， and thisadvantage becomes more obvious with the rapid development ofa new generation of information technologies such as the internet of things， cloud computing， quantum information， mobile internet，artificial intelligence，and big data.Based on theanalysis of the characteristics ofthe fresh supply chain of freshagriculturalproductsand the architectureof theinformation traceability system， this paper discusses the technical advantagesand development trends of the fresh agricultural product information traceability system based ‘on blockchain technology，providinga reference for further promotingtheapplication of blockchain technology in the information traceabilitysystemof fresh agricultural products.
