Abstract：Withtheedcationalreformadvancingtowardsinfomatization，digitaltransformationandinnovationtheblended teachingmodelbasedonmicro-lecturesandflippedclasroomsoffersanewpathwayforthecurriculumreformofsupplychain management.Toaddressisuesintraditionalteaching methodssuchasone-wayknowledgedeliveryandinsuficientclassroomin teraction，thisaproach proposesa frameworkcenteredon"buildingamicro-lectureresourcesystemanddesigningflippedclassroomactivities".Itstablishesaniplementationpathof"pre-claself-directedmicro-lectureleaning，in-lassflippedclasroo deepening，andpost-classpracticalapplicationextension"，efectivelyintegratingmicro-lectureteachingresourceswithflipped clsroomsesions.Thisenhancesstudentslearninginterestandclasroomengagement，therebystrengtheningtheirautonomous learning capabilities and teamwork skills.
