Abstract:Withtheedcationalreformadvancingtowardsinfomatization,digitaltransformationandinnovationtheblended teachingmodelbasedonmicro-lecturesandflippedclasroomsoffersanewpathwayforthecurriculumreformofsupplychain management.Toaddressisuesintraditionalteaching methodssuchasone-wayknowledgedeliveryandinsuficientclassroomin teraction,thisaproach proposesa frameworkcenteredon"buildingamicro-lectureresourcesystemanddesigningflippedclassroomactivities".Itstablishesaniplementationpathof"pre-claself-directedmicro-lectureleaning,in-lassflippedclasroo deepening,andpost-classpracticalapplicationextension",efectivelyintegratingmicro-lectureteachingresourceswithflipped clsroomsesions.Thisenhancesstudentslearninginterestandclasroomengagement,therebystrengtheningtheirautonomous learning capabilities and teamwork skills.
