基于DEA的农资流通供应链运营管理效率评价的实证研究

Abstract： The distribution supply chain of agricultural means isclosely relatedto people'slivelihood，which playsan/importantrole in stabilizing the prices of agricultural means ofproduction， ensuring a steady of agricultural means supplies，realizing the production of agricultural products， and promoting the construction of "three rural areas".However， in the context of the current oversupply of the entire agricultural means market， the problems of multiple links，low efficiencyand high cost of distribution supply chain for agricultural means are still prominent. This paper takes an agricultural means enterprise A in Hebei Province as an example，constructsan input-output index related to the operational management efficiency of distribution supply chain for agricultural means，and adopts DEA analysis method to evaluate theoperational management efficiency of distribution supply chain for agricultural means. Based on the analysis of the results，the corresponding improvement strategies such asrationally allocating the input ofcirculation resources，accelerate the organizational integration of supply chain，and perfecting service system of distributionsupply chain for agricultural means were put forward.
