Abstract：At present，asanewsystemsolution，inteligentlogisticshasbecomeanimportantfotoreduelogisticscosts improvelogsticseficiency.Basedontheprovincialpaneldatafrom2014to2O22theDEA-Malmquistindex methodisusedto evaluatetecurentsituationsmartlogisticsficiencyinChinasprovincesitsevolutionovertime，thekeyfactorsaffectingtheseeficienciesareanalyzed.Thestudyfoundthat：（1）Chinassmartlogisticsindustryasa wholehasshownsteady growth，butthereisageneralimbalanceintheinputoutputlogistisresourcesinthecentral，westemnortheastern regions，thescaleeficiencythewesternregionneedstobeimproved.（2）Fromasub-regionalperspective，theastern regionasanimportantengineChina’sconomy，itstotalfactorproductiyindexgrowthaheadotherregions.Thenortheast ernregion，thewesternregionthecentralregionshowpotentialinresourceoptimizationmarketexpansion.（3）Fromthe decompositionthetotalfactorproductivityindex，thetechnicaleficiencyindexthetechnicalprogressindexareimportant factorsaffetingtheeficiency China'ssmartlogistics，thetechnicalprogressindexplaysaleadingrole.Basedonthe abovefindings，thispaperputsforwardpolicysuggstionstopromotethedevelopmentChina’ssmartlogisticsfromtheaspects strengthening regional cooperation，improving the policy environment optimizing the alocation resources.
