Abstract：Asasustainablemodetransportation，ridesharingcanfullyutlizetheidlecaryingcapacity privatevehicles isconsideredanefectivemeanstoallviateurbantrafccongestionreduceenvironmentalpolution.Toincreasethepropor tionride-sharingtrips，ride-hlingservicestransfernodesareintroducedintotheexistingride-sharingsystemtomprove thematchingratebetweenride-sharing driversriders.Threeservicemodesareproposed：Directride-sharing，ride-sharing withcar-hailingtransfercarhilingwithride-sharingtransfer.Thefeasibilityconstraintstesemodesareanalyzda driver-rider matching modelisconstructed.Atwo-stagesolutionmethodisdesignedtocalculatetheoptimalmatchingresults basedonthefeasiblematchingset.Numericalexperimentalresultsshowthattheintroductioncar-hailing transferservicescan significantlyimprovethematchingratesharedmileageride-sharing，whilereducingthedetourtimeforride-sharing drivers.
