Abstract：Asglobalizationcontinues todeepen，manufacturing enterprises facenumeroussuply chainrisks.How toenhance supplychainresiliencetoaddresstheserisksandsubsequentlyimpactthefirm'stotalfactorproductivityisacriticalisuethat needs tobestudied.Thispaperuses datafrom A-share listed manufacturing companiesfrom 2013to 2022andemploysatwo -wayfixedefectsmodeltoempiricallyinvestigatetheimpactandmechanismsofsupplychainreslienceontotalfactorproductivity.Theresultsindicatethat：（1）Suplychainresiliencecanefectivelyimprovetotalfactorproductivityndthiscoclusion remainsvalidafteraseriesofrobustnesschecks.（2）Supplychainresiliencecanenhancetotalfactorproductivitybypromoting thefirm'sinnovationcapabityThisstudynotonlyenrichestheresearchonsupplychainresiliencebutalsoprovidesnewevidence on how supply chain resilience can contribute to the high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises.
