摘 要:饮料是最受欢迎的食品之一,其中主要的食品添加剂包括甜味剂、防腐剂和着色剂等。本文介绍了常用的食品添加剂的作用及过量使用的危害,并从前处理及目前主流的分析检测方法两方面对现代分析技术在食品添加剂检测中的应用进行总结分析,以供参考。

Abstract: Beverages are one of the most popular foods in China, the main food additives include sweeteners, preservatives and colorants. This paper introduces the function of common food additives and the harm of excessive use, and summarizes and analyzes the application of modern analytical technology in the detection of food additives from the aspects of pretreatment and current mainstream analytical methods for reference.
