猪肉中环丙沙星残留检测的不确定度评定

摘 要：本文对猪肉中环丙沙星残留检测的不确定度进行了评定。结果表明，分析检测过程中的不确定度来源主要包括标准溶液、仪器、回收率和测量重复性等。经评定，该方法测定猪肉中环丙沙星残留量的扩展不确定度为1.75 µg/kg。

Evaluation of Uncertainty in Detection of Ciprofloxacin Residues in Pork

Abstract： In this paper， the uncertainty of determination of ciprofloxacin residues in pork was evaluated. The results show that the sources of uncertainty in the analysis and detection process mainly include standard solutions， instruments， recovery rates and measurement repeatability. The expanded uncertainty for the determination of ciprofloxacin residues in pork by this method was evaluated to be 1.75 µg/kg.
