食品检测流程中重点环节分析
摘 要:现阶段,食品安全问题愈发严峻,影响人们的身体健康。因此,本文围绕食品安全问题,以食品检测优化为目标,在食品检测概念与常见检测技术分析基础上,对食品检测流程和重点内容进行优化设计,在为食品检测工作实施提供参考的同时,不断提升食品安全检测效率和质量。

Abstract: At present, food safety problems are becoming more and more serious, affecting people’s health.Therefore, this paper focuses on food safety issues, with food testing optimization as the goal, on the basis of food testing concept and common testing technology analysis, the optimization of food testing process and key content design, while providing reference for the implementation of food testing work, and constantly improve the efficiency and quality of food safety testing.
