浅析循环冷凝水在食品油脂加工中提高回收率的应用

摘 要:本文通过分析冷凝水的危害,对比冷凝水和循环冷凝水的不同。冷凝水对生产产品、操作人员、设施设备均有一定影响,生产车间设计时需考虑合理性,循环冷凝水可促进食用油快速冷却,便于食用油的收集、储存、运输,还可为下游产业提供热需求,促进循环产业经济发展,为企业创收。

Application of Circulating Condensate in Improving the Recovery Rate of Food Oil Processing

Abstract: This article compares the difference between condensed water and circulating condensed water by analyzing the hazards of condensed water. Condensate has a certain impact on production products, operators, facilities and equipment. Rationality shall be considered in the design of production workshop. Circulating condensate can promote the rapid cooling of edible oil. It is convenient for the collection, storage and transportation of edible oil. It can also provide heating demand for downstream washing industry, promote the development of circular industry economy, and generate income for enterprises.
