食用农产品供应链中人为危害问题研究

摘 要:随着我国经济的快速发展,食用农产品安全事件频发,部分是由人为因素引起的。本文基于供应链分析食用农产品安全事件发生的关键环节和原因,从而提出在产前、生产(养殖、种植)、加工、流通、销售及餐饮等供应链环节上对食用农产品中的人为危害进行防控的建议。

Research on Human-derived Hazards in the Supply Chain of Edible Agricultural Products

Abstract: With the rapid development of China’s economy, the quality and safety incidents of edible agricultural products occur frequently, partly caused by human factors. Based on the analysis of the key links and reasons of the safety incidents of edible agricultural products in the supply chain, this paper puts forward suggestions on the prevention and control of artificial harm in edible agricultural products in the supply chain links of prenatal, production (breeding, planting), processing, circulation, sales and catering.
