石斛内生菌的研究进展

摘 要：石斛是“药食同源”的传统名贵中药材，其含有的内生菌种类丰富。石斛内生菌在与宿主石斛长期共生中，对石斛的生长发育、抗逆境、活性代谢产物的合成有促进作用。本文简述了目前石斛内生菌资源及对石斛促生作用的研究结果，展望问题及研究方向，以期为石斛及内生菌的开发利用提供依据。

Research Progress of Endophytic Bacteria in Dendrobium

Abstract： Dendrobium is a traditional and precious Chinese medicinal material with“medicine food homology”， and it contains abundant endophytic bacteria. In long-termsymbiosis， endophytic bacteria can promote the growth and development， stress resistance and the synthesis of active metabolites of Dendrobium. This paper briefly describes the current research results of endophytic bacteria resources and their promoting effects on Dendrobium， and prospects the problems and research directions， in order to provide a basis for the development and utilization of Dendrobium and endophytic bacteria.

石斛（Dendrobium）为附生型多年生草本植物，为兰科最大的属之一，主要有铁皮石斛、流苏石斛、环草石斛、金钗石斛、鼓槌石斛和黄草石斛等，在我国主要分布于秦岭-淮河以南，集中在云、贵、桂、琼、粤和台等地区。（剩余4797字）
